Peter is an experienced senior executive with a record of driving change to deliver results. Having held leadership roles across aviation, transport, infrastructure development and professional services, he has a proven ability to build bridges and engage with stakeholders at all levels. His vision for our airport to reach its full potential will deliver long-term benefits for our entire catchment across the Hunter, Central Coast and Northern NSW regions.
Executive Manager Corporate Services and Chief Financial Officer
A financial specialist with sector experience spanning across several industries in both Australia and Europe, Andrew is dedicated to ensuring we meet our ambitious aspirations in a financially responsible manner. He combines sound technical business acumen with an agile, entrepreneurial attitude, positioning us to thrive in the fast-paced aviation environment.

A senior communications and government relations professional, Stephen’s career spans a number of diverse industries, including the national rugby league, local government and as a Director in a leading creative agency. Skilled in strategic communications and political advocacy, his results-driven attitude and leadership skills make him well suited to deliver our bold aspirations.
Executive Manager Operations and Compliance
Melissa is a dedicated and high energy professional with extensive experience across commercial, government and not-for-profit organisations. With a successful background in human resource management, she has proven highly effective in our senior operations role. More recently, Melissa has broadened her experience and expertise to include risk, legislative compliance, safety and environment.
Executive Manager Planning and Infrastructure
Ben’s career spans more than 20 years working throughout Australia in senior construction and project management roles. With a strategic mindset, he is passionate about future-focused construction management. His strong people management capabilities, and his commitment to quality infrastructure planning will ensure we remain an industry benchmark.
Executive Manager Property and Commercial
Peter brings extensive aviation experience and commercial acumen to our airport. Having played senior strategic roles at Canberra, Coolangatta and Sydney airports across two decades, Peter’s list of large-scale and commercially successful projects is a long and illustrious one. His strong commercial focus and dynamic approach will help shape the future of our airport precinct.
